The headlines say it all. The US will have to fight Hamas sooner or later because the EU, UN, and Arab countries refuse to deal with the problem.

At first, it looked like Europe would have the courage to list Hamas as a terrorist organization, but it was all a farce. They labeled the "military wing" of Hamas as terrorist, but gave legitimacy to the "political wing". Talk about trying to play both sides of an issue! Wars are fought for political goals. You can't seperate the two. Hamas's goal is the destruciton of Israel. The military wing of Hamas is one tool to achieve that goal.

In all fairness he said

which seems to refer to the Islamic Jihad terrorists, not to every muslim on the planet.

Killing all of the Islamic Jihad members isn't genocide, unless every muslim is an Islamic Jihad member, which of course is not true.

Islam has never been for peace. It is inherent in the religion that jihad or religious wars are not only essential, but are mandatory, until such time as there are only Moslems left on the planet. Then the various Islamic sects will war against each other. As long as the Islamists are around, there will be conflict with them.
