Boy, I hate shopping. Especially in malls. But I understand that over the last 5 years the trend is AWAY from malls and fewer and fewer are being built. It seems the American family can't abide a whole day shopping anymore (thank heavens).

The trend is away from malls, because mall traffic is down 25%, because 25% of the population smokes, and they are not welcome in malls. Nobody with two brain cells in retailing seems to be able to make the connection.
