Perhaps Saddam's regime issued one centrifuge, one shovel, and one free dose of paranoia to each project scientist. Now every backyard needs to be dug up.

Y'know what kinda bugs me here? Now that we're finding something of this magnitude, and I'm betting this is beginning of a torrent of new finds, what of the remaining loyalists?
Do they have some operational stuff hidden, as well? Will they use it rather than surrender it? A last dying, irrational gasp?
We have to find all of this materiel, and as quickly as we can. It just dawned on me! [Smacks! forehead] This may be why the finds have been trickling in - we needed to know where as much as possible of the stuff was, so we could grab it up as quickly as possible.

How many centrifuges? You need about a square mile of centrifuges to reach militarily significant production levels.
They are showing a bunch. You don't need that many to get to reactor grade U and then reprocess for weapons grade PU.

DU is already in meltdown. They are all so disheartened by the continuing progress away from liberalism that they are all threatening to leave, but they only make it as far as the bong and the computer.

All the Dems have been criticizing Bush because he had no contingency plans for after the war.
What does this say about the Democrats fitness for the Presidency now that they've run off half-cocked about WMD, without having a plan for what would happen if we actually found them?

CNN's website is playing this big.
I haven't seen the big red screen with reversed type on their website for awhile.

I agree.
Thank God for a president that ended this evil.
Contrary to previous post this technology is significantly more advanced than that in 1991. Three years more advanced. Just three more required to make a bomb.

If we're not careful in Iraq, we may get more then we bargained for.

This is hugh and series! OMG, the demonrats are simply not going to know what to do!Deny, delay, deflect, distract, destroy. No different than confronting any other uncomfortable truth...

The DUh-ers threaten to leave all the time. But like all libs, no guts to actually go through with it. To any DUh-ers reading this, please, leave. Go ahead. Vamoose. Amscray. Scat. Skeedaddle. No one will shed a tear, I promise you.

Sounds like the administration is getting more than a little desperate to find something -- anything. I think I'll go centrifuge some wet clothes now.
