You're right, the concept isn't new. But have you heard the word "rejectionist" used before?

It's just a minor detail, but I'm curious because I heard the word used in an audio clip on the Rush Limbaugh show today (Roger Hedgepath sitting in) and wondered if it was recently coined. Now I'm seeing it in this article (then again, the clip may have been of Condi speaking the quote quoted in the article).
