And while I'm at it, I'll point out another known to the media attendee who was not identified fully in their reporting on the alleged "fans of Hillary" coverage, but Ann does:
From her article (and a Google bears her out. Note this is a "first in line" at a different location than Mr. Packer attended.):
First in line for Hillary's book at Barnes & Noble at Lincoln Center on Sunday night was Charles Greinsky, who told the New York Daily News he rushed out at midnight to get one of the first books because he supported Hillary's health-care plan. A few years ago, the Associated Press identified Greinsky more fully. It turns out he is "a longtime Clinton campaigner" from Staten Island, who has been the Clintons' guest several times both at the White House and at their home in Chappaqua, N.Y.

Those are good points. If the media people know who these guys are (and they obviously do), presenting them as "random guys on the street" is highly dishonest to say the least. She is right in that regard.

I really hope the NY Post and others start doing some digging. This would be
fantastic if we could confirm one more scandalous piece of "fiction" from the New York Slimes.
Too funny. They better not let this go, and they better follow this up. This could be big. Manufacturing quotes from supposed "average citizens" using the same fictional name over and over?
Yes, this is big. It discredits not just the paper, further, it also should discredit a few dozen more of their writers that must all be in on the gag...
To: Howlin
The media outright lying about the demand for this lie-filled book ticks me off more than the wench that wrote it. She wouldn't get away with it if not for these enablers. And just think---these two--Greinsky and Packer--were easily found out by Ann because they'd been mentioned in previous newspaper accounts. How many of these line attendees are ordinary union types and campaign workers whose names would not appear automatically on a search of articles, but a little digging....There is clearly NOT the demand for this book some in the media tried to portray on Monday.

STUART RAMSON/The Associated Press
Greg Packer of Huntington, N.Y., participates
in discussion during a historic 21st century
town hall meeting yesterday to consider World
Trade Center site plans.

And the NY Times just happens to pick him out and quote him for each story?
I find that highly suspect regardless of whether he's real or not...
To: Howlin
I don't know which is more pathetic...a grown man whose hobby in life is to meet famous people, or the New York Times designating him the "average man on the street".

Come here.
This is too precious.
I'm a woman, but I could just KISS Ann Coulter for writing this one...
