Agreed. And while I maintain we have already found what we were looking for, some, perhaps a lot, of it has made it into Syria and Iran--and from there who knows.

Bingo. We lost strategic surprise, and Saddam was able to hide a lot of it.

We're going to have to sweat the information out of people.

IMHO, Bush spitting the bit at Syria's doorstep was a sign that he had come to realize a lot of folks he had trusted were BS-ing him and he wasn't going to dance to their tune anymore.

Watching Powell's stock rise within the Admin, while the stock of the wonks at DOD plummets, shows who Bush has learned to trust.
