Giving them a state, i.e. a country is stupid. This was to show how stupid it is to give terrorists, in the case of the Roadmap, the PLO, a state of "Palestine" which Bush intends on doing. Futhermore when another Palestine is created (the one now is Jordan) it will be a breeding ground for international terrorists who will flock there to train, etc.
