A very touching post. I am ashamed to say that I don't know what is going on in the area you discussed, as we don't seem to be told that on our news. I will pray for the people there, as I pray for the ones in Cuba, and everywhere people are abused and oppressed. We are fortunate indeed, which is why I have such respect for the military who secure this freedom we so enjoy, and don't appreciate as we should.

there are a lot of places in the world that are not important enough finacially for our news to report on, anyone can look at bangkokpost.com, shanland.org, and shanworld.org to see some shocking things, I don't have websites for Laos, cambodia, or Vietnam, but I have a cousin with the UN in Cambodia who keeps me informed of there, living in the area of Thailand we do when we are there, the Golden Triangle, most of our Mission Outreach is the the Thai hilltribes and displaced Shan people

also, all prayers are needed, I have been in some very bad situations and felt the prayers of people back here and the Spirit of the Lord showed me the way through, most people don't undertsnd that a simple prayer of support to all of His servants is needed and used for His Glory
