She just celebrated her birthday April 4th.

This is what a good woman she is:

President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo is foregoing her birthday celebration tomorrow. She has decided instead to earmark the amount of One Million Pesos to help in the campaign against terrorism.

The President is making available the amount as reward money for any information which would lead to the early arrest of the Davao City bombers and bring them to justice.
