The good news is a CNN poll, which many of us freeped, is being used as a guideline saying about 54% American's now support the President's tax cut of over $700 billion. That's up markedly in two weeks. Which means the "W" can go for it, and the people back him , again ;) This man is showing he can now have the Shock and Awe domestically as well!!!

I thought the original plan was house version = $750B, which the senate cutting in half to $375B. Does this mean we will get $550B/2 = $275B? This is MEASLY. In the end, we just keep getting bigger government. Sigh.

The 'wealthy' are the ones who really need to have the taxes cut more than anyone...not because they "need" the money, but because they will buy things from people who do need the money.
I'd like the Democrats to explain how since the unemployment rate is up, how cutting their taxes only will help them when they aren't drawing a salary that can be taxed at all.

Who cares! The money doesn't come into this country so it can't help us economically.

...not because they "need" the money, but because they will buy things from people who do need the money. How about simply because it's their money in the first place.
