Tornado on the ground. Heading for Tinker AFB.
Debris flying and electrical lines down.
I-240 and Sooner Road, it's crossing the road.

Not really. It is May 8 and there is a good amount of cold air to clash with the warm.
The season actually got off to a slow start and it is firing east of my location, so I haven't really seen much this year.

Eh, taken as a discrete 5 day period or so, it's an above-average level of activity.
However, last Spring was far BELOW average for activity.
And when you start to look at longer period this spring, like 2 weeks around this date, or a month around this date, it will likely end up being a more or less normal level of activity.
