In colloquial English, a "gnrr" is belly-button lint.
So...
...what's an Asner?
;-)

Ed ASSner. That says it all.
He can't get work doing anything because he's an old crumudegeon who has no talent so he's out attracting attention by making a-hole statements.
Mr. ASSner, your 15 minutes of fame is up!

don't say Nazi's, use the full name "national socialist workers party" "Nazi" was gutter slang for the verb "to nationalize.

I realize that I will never, ever, ever be able to understand this type of thinking!

So the acronym was "To Nationalize Socialist Workers Party"? Nazi is (was) an
German, short for Nationalsozialistische deutsche Arbeiter-Partei, National Socialist German Workers' Party.]

Another thread posted by an MCI employee today stated that they have now dropped Danny Glover. Looks like they finally got the message.

What a cast of characters. I really don't care what any of those guys have to say. Hey, at least Ed Asner used the '02 election as an excuse, not '00. From now on, every election won by Republicans will not have been free, I suppose.
I also suppose that in Asner's opinion, if someone living under a dictatorship tries to escape to the U.S. is caught and tried without rights, at least I doubt there are many rights in Cuba, and then executed, it's fair. But if someone molests and murders a child, is tried fairly and given the death penalty, then executed after 10-20 years of legal wrangling though offering no apology, or any show of sorrow, it's an atrocity. It proves my point I guess, and, again I really don't give a damn to what he has to say.

Why, does their ludicrous comments make news? I believe the average american no longer controls the standards of our society. Our apathy let the liberals take it away. I only wish more wanted to work at getting it back.

If Anser feels "that those put to death by Castro, for trying to hijack a ferry so they could escape to the U.S., received a "very fair" trial."
Than he should not mind being moved to Gitmo... after a very fair trial!
Has Assner ever looked around oustide of Southern California?
Having lived behind the iron curtain I would love to debate any and all el stupdido SAG members on what Socialisim in practice really is like.

Asner asserted that he doesn't "regard the Bush Administration as being representative of my country." That's because Bush represents the USA, not the commie cesspools Asner idolizes.
And yes, Ed, we didn't have a fair election in '00, but Bush managed to win it anyway.
To: fight_truth_decay
"'We didn't have a free election in 2002.'"
In other words, "my side didn't win."
Boo hoo, Ed.

Asner interjected: "We didn't have a free election in 2002." Does anyone have a clue what Asner is talking about?

I'm hoping people will say "wait, how is the government you purpose any different then that of the Nazis?" Remember, to tick a liberal off, don't say Nazi, use the full words, "National Socialist Workers Party". Watch them go ballistic.
