Isn't it possible that McVeigh's motivation was revenge for Waco (which it was, obviously), but that he was working with Iraqis of different motivation, at the same time?

MANY CONNECTIONS were found as McVeigh and Nichols sought out the material necessasry to make 'their bomb' however.
MAYBE Saddam was giving McVeigh telepathic messages?
