Who are you to say anything about who I am? You know nothing. And if what you say on this board is any indication, your repeated claims to be a Christian are empty.

It's obviously all right for high-ranking Democrats to commit rape, masturbate interns with cigars, lie, stick their tongues in unimaginable places, belong to hate organizations and cheat on their wives and drown their dates.

But to stand for the Constitution is a crime in the eyes of the left-wing clymers in Congress and the media.

Au contraire.

I know what the Bible says about homosexuality.

The fact that I haven't used any slurs or condemned them to hell is testament to that fact. I can differentiate between sins and people.

You cannot be a Christian and condone the act of homosexuality as outlined in the Bible.

Don't piss on me and tell me it's raining.

JohnnyZ, you clearly don't have the slightest idea what you are talking about.

My state, Georgia, has a constitutional right to privacy under the STATE constitution. If you don't believe me, ask the Georgia Supreme Court.

If you don't have anything accurate to say, why don't you just tell us you are pulling it out of your butt ( I guess it is okay with you to pull stuff out of your butt, as long as you aren't putting stuff in there. )

That's only about the Democrats you've heard about.

I've heard some things that would make your hair curl.

Don't private message me, because I ain't tellin'.

There is a world of difference between condoning an act and believing that the government has the right and the power to regulate it.

You should think before you speak.

My state, Georgia, has a constitutional right to privacy under the STATE constitution.

So prostitution is legal?

Our government and our rights would not exist without God.

You keep trying to dance around that fact and you look foolish doing it.

FYI, I am heterosexual, in a happy and stable marriage with children.

REALLY? This tolerance thing is really great isn't it! You found a loving female wife who wants children surrounded by your perverse teachings. incredible

If you're going to argue law, learn a little about it.

First, your contention that the EPC does not apply because of Selective Service is just wrong. There are a number of legal tests relating to application of the EPC - the fact that your example involves the military trumps almost all of those considerations. The Supreme Court has determined that Selective Service does not violate the EPC. It has not decided that private consensual sexual behavior is not subject to the EPC.

Texas can't say the law applies only to some people. Period. If they want to tell everyone they can't have oral or anal sex, that may be constitutional in Texas. But let them try to enforce that.

By the way your right I do give the right to one and not the other. Simply because when the other gets tired of the back door he'll eventually go home and further civilization with. CHILDREN

Johnny, do us all a favor and go back to school. Prostitution is commerce, not sex.

What was it the furthering of civilization thing!

I use that alot. I find it's really hard to rebutt that position since it's so accurate and makes you really set back and think of the reasons why GOD made the two different sexes. See ya.

You've made something up yet again. Point to where I've challenged that rights are derived from God. You can't. You are just grasping at straws to support your claim that government can implement God's law.

But if it's done in the privacy of one's own home? Or sexual abuse, in the privacy of one's own home? That's not criminal because of "privacy"?

Get a real argument!

How very intolerant and hateful of you.

Name calling when someone disagrees with your view.

How very typical.

You never responded to my point on why we were given these rights by God, how we are a government founded by God, and as such, our freedoms were guaranteed because of God.

How can you allow for homosexuality to be a part of that history?

Will you ever respond to it, or will you call me names as well.

Disagrees? Yes, I guess you would consider claiming that I expose my children to perversity is simply "disagreeing" with me. That is typical of your logic.
