AT THIS POINT--
There is not a connection (from the media)that there is connection between laci and the bodies found.. to Scott..

They should have --- made a statement that the bodies found were in fact(DNA) Laci Peterson and son.

They should have made this statement ---before making a statement --statement of arrest----.....

Why? Where is it written they are first required to disseminate evidence to the public? What would be the necessity of doing that?

Maybe I'm just missing your point, but it doesn't bother me one bit if they wanted to get him in custody before releasing the rest of the info. Maybe they don't even know yet if the bodies are Laci & baby. Maybe they developed enough other evidence to make an arrest. Maybe he confessed to someone who called the police.

Let's see...Scott told the police that the last time he saw Laci she was walking her dog in Modesto. He said he proceeded to the Richmond area 90 miles from Modesto to go fishing. The dolt even produced a parking receipt to bolster his "alibi."

Laci and Connor's bodies washed up 4 months later within 2 miles of Scott's alibi spot. That is, 90 MILES from where Scott said he last saw Laci.

Looks like there is a direct connection between Laci and Connor's remains and Scott after all and no doubt a smart prosecuter has already noted the same.
