Why? Where is it written they are first required to disseminate evidence to the public? What would be the necessity of doing that?

Maybe I'm just missing your point, but it doesn't bother me one bit if they wanted to get him in custody before releasing the rest of the info. Maybe they don't even know yet if the bodies are Laci & baby. Maybe they developed enough other evidence to make an arrest. Maybe he confessed to someone who called the police.

I Guess they don't have to publicly ID the bodies of Laci and Child to Scott---

I'm glad they arrested him.

I just wish they would have gave a statement of some evidence before arrest......
