What is the heaviest angle weight they sell? (Yes they would not be enough, but they would help if he used concrete anchors also... maybe he used them on her wrists?)

What would be enough? We have ankle weights missing. Fishing line, hooks, concrete blocks that in all probability is traced to Scott. So, what would be enough?
