What is the heaviest angle weight they sell? (Yes they would not be enough, but they would help if he used concrete anchors also... maybe he used them on her wrists?)

Don't know what's the heaviest weights they sell.
I know that the ankel weights have pockets and the pockets on the weights can be filled with disc weights that build up..
