You're right about Scott Peterson, but you must remember that the people here are voicing their opinions.
It isn't required of them to apply the "innocent till proved guilty" rule in formulating those opinions. That's a legal concept.
This was a heinous murder, whoever was at fault. And Peterson certainly has not been a sympathetic character.
We shall see what we shall see, but I wouldn't advise purchasing any Scott Peterson Bonds if I were you.

You know, the name Scott used to be a perfectly good name. I mean you pretty much had nothing but good guys with the name: Scotty from Star Trek, Scott Ski Poles and Goggles, Scott Paper Products ("Scott, a household name at work"), Scotty Bowman and, of course, Scotty Dogs.
Now there's Scott Ritter, the pedophile and traitor, and Scott Peterson the sociopath.
It's a bummer.
