Baghdad museum: some of this was an inside job, much of what was taken were just fakes (Saddam had already looted the real ones), and curators may be implicated in a lot of this.
That said, I do view it as tragedy if that museum was looted. It one of the greatest in the worlds and Baghdad is a cradle of civilization.
