I have to leave for a couple hours, but I wonder if you can answer a question.

Can satelite images, like a VCR, be "rewound"? Someone, in a vehicle, dropped off our POW's at that site. Sat or J-Stars images may have captured the moment.

Can we rewind it -- then go forward to see where that vehicle went?

The highest quality photos, whether satellite or otherwise, are "still" photos, not "video tapes". There are certainly videos, but whether the quality would be sufficient to do as you suggest for a specific purpose would be highly classified.
