Everything about Clinton evokes either The Simpsons or Seinfeld.

The shows, at their core had endearing characters who were dumb as rocks and dirt and/or remarkably sleazy.

Especially Seinfeld. The characters we so utterly corrupt, but loveable...hence the obvious popularity of that gang of would-be Baathists.
