I couldn't agree more. MSNBC hires a token conservative and now they're suddenly America's News Channel? I don't theeeeenk so!

FOX has been there for conservatives, giving both sides of the story since they went on the air. They have been labeled as a mouthpiece of the Bush Administration, a right-wing hate mongering network, among other ridiculous labels.

I for one have no intention of pointing my remote to any channel other than FOX. A five minute jump on breaking news does nothing for me if I have to listen to it through the eyes of a reporter that feels the need to twist it to fit their agenda!

I heard Arnett on the cam and on the phone last night and he used chaos 10 times...terrible ...the city is burning.dangerous..car jackings..The reporters are terrified..so that's what they report.

I don't even watch them anymore, only switched over to them to see the cam if no one else had it up. The are still stuck on focusing almost all of their coverage on the doom and gloom.

They see themselves as the truthseekers who are going to expose the President and Rummy to the rest of the world.

And it's a new found curiosity, is it not?

I recall a desultory approach in the previous "administration". If they felt obliged to address a topic that might reflect negatively on it, one question would suffice, and they would "move on", with admonishments to us that the "American People" loved bill clinton and didn't want him bothered with all of that nonsense.

Frankly, the American oil companies are not thrilled at a glut of oil on the market. The price drops below what American companies require to make a profit. They shut down, and we are once again dependent upon foreign oil.

President Bush needs that oil in ANWR.......or this cycle of warring will never end.
