Let's not get ahead of ourselves. How often has FOX claimed we've found something, turning out to be a dud? Im my opinion, they've lost an enormous amount of credibility. I still prefer them over the others, but during the war, I've found MSNBC has been the most objective of all of the News Stations. FOX should think about their quality control - it's more important to get the information out right, than first.

Your assessment is right-on. They've lost a LOT of my respect.

What normally occurs is that FNC (or any other network) reports a story. In the rush to post and discuss, the story's qualifiers like "possible" or "suspected" are omitted or changed to "discovered" or "verified."
FNC is doing a fine job, which may explain its excellent ratings.

Phew! I thought I was losing my conservative mind. Glad to see others feel the same way.

MSNBC scooped everyone on the bunker buster attack a few days ago.

FOX has jumped the gun far too many times while trying to be "first" with information, no matter how inaccurate. The big problem is that the headline on the site says "Underground Nuke Lab Found", when we don't really know what exactly it is yet. They're getting far too sensationalistic with their headlines. First there was anthrax in southern Iraq. Turned out to be not true. Then there was sarin. Turned out not to be true. Then there was a whole assortment of chemicals in Baghdad. Turned out not to be true. I'm in "wait-and-see" mode until this all plays out.
