Just showed two tanks going part way across, pausing (?) in the middle, then accelerating past each over the bridge.
(The camera is on this side of the bridge; I'm assuming the camera is on the "bad guy" side of the bridge.)

If the tanks advance and the camera pans to the left, you'll see a high-rise with a vertical black line(windows), and at the top are/were snipers, you could see the flashes as they were shooting.
