Nope, it's the " new " version of the '60s " NEHRU KACKET " stle, now called " MANDARIN ", and VERY popular. I have two jackets ( though NOT in black ) just like that. Aren't ya glad you asked someone, who knows " fashion " ? :-)

CNN - rumor mill in Baghdad was working overtime, and one of the rumors was an uprising in the Shi'ite areas that could come at any time. Hard to say how much is real and how much is imagined.
