Funny. The "Enquirer" is sued regularly. Yet they keep doing things that get them sued.

Why? Because they know that they will still make money even after paying the settlements. This is well known.

Being sued and having judgements awarded to plaintiffs are different things. My sense is that plaintiffs are rarely successful in such suits. The plaintiffs, typically celebrities, often sue for appearance's sake.
