Funny. The "Enquirer" is sued regularly. Yet they keep doing things that get them sued.

Being sued and having judgements awarded to plaintiffs are different things. My sense is that plaintiffs are rarely successful in such suits. The plaintiffs, typically celebrities, often sue for appearance's sake.

The Enquirer typically settles. I can't think of a single lawsuit brought against them that has been dismissed.
