That spanish guy was a mumbler or my hearing is really going. He mentioned that there are still roving men with automatic rifles and rocket launchers and something about who was in control of the city center and the info ministry and the al jareez. I think he said the Iraqis were still in control of those.

Right now its gradually turning dusk on msnbc2 bagcam and some occasional honking and car alarm is heard.
