Paul Krugman wrote in the NY Times that we are in a quagmire, and that our Energy Policy is just like our mired military foreign policy.

Ketchup Boy said that we need *regime* change in the U.S.

The "peace movement" was caught with molotov cocktail firebombs in San Francisco.

CNN and NBC had a slew of "military experts" who claimed that the U.S. didn't have enough ground forces in Iraq.

The LA Times claimed that terrorism would *increase* if we invaded Iraq.

...and the list of discredited sources goes on.

So did a lot of Americans - who were prepared to make sacrifices, even to the point of giving up their lives or health, in the effort to destroy the enemy. They are every bit as heroic as our military personnel.
