Ok, so now they've exhausted all other forms of communication:

The radios and telephones aren't working.
The PA system is down.
We figured out they were using the Call to Prayer as a signal, so we took out that guy. (That was the sniper shot from last night / this morning.)
The Police car siren parade didn't work.
The flag signals didn't work.
The smoke signals became all mushed together days ago.

So now they've resorted to Morse Code via the Bag Cam??
