I think the two----1st strike and man with tongue cut out---are unrelated. A man bled to death after having his tongue cut out, but it was in north Iraq, not Baghdad and it was several days b/4 the strike. He was accused of speaking ill of the regime. Kill 'em all.

Fox News Channel coverage (last night) was absolutly awesome. Shep's 2 hours was great
Shep was so excited (and who could blame him). It was good to see a news commentator so ecstatic about American military successes.

for that Fox is accused of "excessive patriotic pornography." Yeah, well, AMERICA turns in FOX and turns out the alphabet channels......and FOX smiles all the way to the bank! : )

I only remember that the report was early on, perhaps from in & around Basra. Someone spotted an Iraqi (probably fedayeen) on top of a farm building using flag signals to another unit. I remember telling my hubby, "there's one signal we can't tap electronically."

No, that is not what FN was talking about. There is a new release just now coming out on UPI that they were talking about. It was specifically about our raid and informants helping the CIA

Good Morning Situation Room!
My hubby and I had a date last night as well, so I'm playing catch-up on Fox and this thread.
One question - how on earth does one make up a bed without using hospital corners? Chalk another one up for using HC's. :)

"Oow, oow."
To: SoldiersGirl
That's what I saw--Shep talking with Greg Kelly--his signal kept going in & out--and joking around with Rick Leventhal. Rick, as usual, was just an itty bit whiny--and jealous that Greg & Ollie were going in first.
To: TomGuy
Shep cornered the quote of the war
during e-mails with questions for Rick, Shep says.."Enough with the bathroom questions,Looks what he's standing on, don't you people have a cat?"
