Fox - Baghdad Bob says they crushed the forces in the airport and the RG is in full control there. We're surrounded and they're pounding us with artillery and bombs. We're shooting light artillery at the airport. He'll take the press to the airport after they've "Cleaned it". We couldn't reform with reinforcements and we're surrounded. Other battles taking place at Hadaith and another dam. We came in, shot, and were extracted by helicopters. Our 4 APC's are surrounded. Shot down a war plane and cobra helicopter. Two columns tried to approach Basrah again. Battle took several hours and 7 tanks were destroyed and we turned back. Will continue feeding us (crap) about what's going on at the airport.
