Our County turned to ice overnight. 15,000 people are without electricity in a western town and they have opened the HEATED Town Hall for residents. Schools are closed. It's a mess throughout several counties. The good thing is that salt can take care of the roads and temps will rise in 24 hours.

Re: the reporter who was killed... is he the same one who had to hide in a fox hole with Iraqis last night when the Airport action heated up? (Not to make light of his death, but I remember thinking at the time, "um, wouldn't you be safer in a COALITION fox hole?")
