Airport is on the west (left) side of the river, the same side as the main palace.

If, as stated, the camera is pointing away from the palace, then it must be pointed away from the airport also.

I have been thinking.. lots of our Gis (men and women) will no doubt find their love of life in these times in Iraq.. esp those who are stationed for longer times for stabilization... with marriages & couples living in both US & Iraq the ties will be strenghened.
