I believe more of Baghdad. The Tigris splits the city.

The "other half of Baghdad" is on the far side of the Tigris River. This area is dominantly Shiite, and has few targets of military consequence. Given the fatwah just issued by the Grand Mufti of the Shiites to "cooperate" with the Coalition, I expect that half of Baghdad to be taken first, and to become "Free Baghdad."

See my UPI column, "The Berlin Solution for the Baghdad Problem," posted yesterday on FR and run yesterday on UPI.

Latest column, now up on UPI, and FR, "The Berlin Solution to the Baghdad Problem."

Latest book(let), "to Restore Trust in America."
