Again: I disagree. You never EVER negotiate with terrorists. Ever. You just don't do it, nomatter what the cost. The Mossad learned that lesson many moons ago.

For regular Iraqi troops, or RG, that is a different matter. Honorable soldiers of actual armies are often exchanged. But the point here is moot. This war will be over before any such exchange effort can get off the ground. As far as AQ is concerned... they are not soldiers of an army, they are parasites. We do not exchanges soldiers for parasites.
