Dung is a useful commodity over there. They use it like we use coal. Somehow dung coals are a turnoff for a grilled porterhouse.

Definitely...we'll get them all some Char-Broilers (or Webbers if they prefer the rounded domes) and show 'em how to hook up to a propane supply...
