A couple enemy have come out to surrender. Arnot has said that the Colonel has personally come down to make sure those civi's are safe. Someone's giving them rations! (WHAT PR!) Quite a classy PR warfare.... Way to go.

Arnot says its all being filmed via tape, so we can see it later. Arnot is describing that the girl/family has likely been held as a hostage / human sheild and has just escaped....
