The inevitable effect of other govt.s trying to cut a deal with Saddam's regime is to try to give hope to Saddam's regime. There will be no deal, it doesn't matter who proposes it, it will not be done.

Okay, good question. Any third parties that you know of who are advising and helping the regime and any chance of deal?
