Of course you have the "lane darters"...the little putzes who drive souped up Honda CRXs and Geo Metros...who dart from lane to lane and/or dart across several lanes to exit the freeway (occasionally spinning out!)

How many of these "lane darters" exist simply because people can not follow basic driving etiquette and stay to the right while driving slower than the flow of traffic?

Our alleged drag-racers here in Houston all drive teensy little CRXes with more plastic parts on 'em than a Sports Illustrated swimsuit model. (Oh, yeah, and Oriental calligraphy stickers on the windows.)

Here's a hint: If I can pick it up, by myself, unaided, it is not a car.
