I'm expecting one to ask "Why did we have to get up in the middle of the night for the Jessie Lynch news? Why couldn't it have waited till morning? I didn't WANT to get up... :o<"

General Brooks deserves a Medal of Honor for his service on the Stalinist front holding off the maurading gang of communicsts so that Centcom could do its job. This enemy is ten times more dangerous than the Iraqi's.

Gen. Vince was just asked about the video of the rescue of Pvt. Jessica Lynch. They'll show part of the tape.

Question (CBS) Would you show us video of Jessica's rescue.
A: Coalition did stage a rescue in Nasiriya in a hospital used by the regime. Cleared the building. No firefight in the building, firefight outside. Found ammo in basement, things clearly used for ops.
Rangers, Spec Ops, Seals, our nation's finest warriors dedicated to not leaving a comrade behind.

...did I miss anything last night?I swear when we went to bed last night, Ollie was reporting from the 1st MEF and they were sitting still. When I woke up this morning, it was being reported that they had destroyed the BAG DIV of the RG and were crossing the Tigris River! Fast indeed!

Brooks would rather face Fedayeen Saddam, I'm sure, than these Fedayeen Clinton.

Q: Tell us what her condition is? Who held her? Status of others?
A: Don't want to comment. She's alive, receiving medical help. The regime held her. Found remains 11 persons who are unidentified. 2 in morgue. Rest outside in grave. Doing current forensic and medical exam to determine who they might be.

Now that would have been the time for those pukes to applaud. Silence was deafening.

That final shot of her smiling is going to become immortal, its gonna be everywhere today, its really something. And she was holding a flag (that's where I started sniffling)....in the night vision shots, it looked like one of our soldiers was holding her hand.
