This is the second time you've posted this snippet.

But notice the part I bolded:

"I was retained by Loral in January 2001 to assist the company in assessing its dispute with the government concerning transfers of technology to the Chinese, to recommend approaches to settling that dispute including new security arrangements to assure against any further technology leakage," he said. "At no time did I urge any government official to settle the case."

In other words, he was telling them how to make sure it didn't happen again.

OK, Free Speech...what is so funny?

Kindly explain, using standard written English--that is, using complete sentences.

Reread this article VERY carefully.

There's a wink and a nudge, but they never clearly say that the plant is involved in making JDAMs.

Could you please write in complete sentences, Free Speech, ol' buddy?

That means you have to use a subject, a verb, and an object, just as you were supposed to learn in 4th grade.

And how's ol' t-shirt doing?

WTF is wrong with this country?

--selfishness,
--pleasure and personal, instant, temporary 'happiness' above everything else,
--arrogance,
--the individual as his own god, be all, end all, everything,
--nihilism,
--flushing of very basic critical life concepts like right/wrong
--avoidance of personal responsibility
--etc.
--etc.
and
--etc.

I suppose, in a word

ARROGANCE

or

letting evil take root and calling it good.

corruption and you know it

Actually, I don't know it, especially from your posts, which are in the classic (and illiterate) mold of the late and unlamented Free Speech.

A PRIVATE US watchdog has filed legal complaints against French President Jacques Chirac, accusing him of illegal proliferation of nuclear technology and arms trafficking.

The conservative Judicial Watch today said it had filed complaints against Chirac and officials of other countries and corporations with the international police organisation Interpol and the European Police Office (Europol), demanding an investigation.
There has been widespread anger in right-wing circles in the United States over France's opposition to the war in Iraq and its role in blocking a resolution at the United Nations to authorise the use of military force.

Judicial Watch said it had filed complaints "for the unlawful proliferation of nuclear technology, the unlawful trafficking of arms and military technology, and the violation of UN trade sanctions imposed after the 1991 Gulf War, as well as additional UN sanctions relating to the so-called 'oil-for-food' program".

The group said that it particularly wanted an investigation of "financial contacts and dealings" between Chirac's Rally for the Republic party and government officials and corporations.

"These unlawful activities involve private persons from France, Iraq, the People's Republic of China and Syria. It is likely that several other parties and countries, unknown at this time, are also involved in the criminal conspiracy," it said.

The Judicial Watch statement referred to a 1991 book by French journalists Claude Angeli and Stephanie Mesnier which included details from Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein on his links with French politicians.

Judicial Watch chairman Larry Klayman highlighted in the statement that Chirac had also been accused of accepting bribes while he was mayor of Paris, but that a court had ruled he could not be prosecuted until he left office.

"However, Interpol and Europol have no constraints on beginning an investigation of President Chirac," Klayman said.

Oh, good grief.

Larry Klayman must've slept through law school when they discussed national sovereignty and the Treaty of Westphalia.

BTW, cutting and pasting an irrelevant press release from Judicial Watch--one that isn't even about the topic you opened the thread with--isn't answering my question using standard written English.

I don't buy that = it is just pure greed, along with complicity of our own government.

No, all Larry the K is doing is engaging in nuisance suits to keep the donations coming in.

About the only case he ever won was when he sued his mother.

Sooner or later, someone who's been subjected to the legal harrassment that Judicial Watch engages in is going to sue JW--and they are going to walk off with every dime Larry has.

Again, you have failed to actually stay on topic.

Reread the article very carefully. The headline promises a lot of sizzle--but the body of the article never gets around to serving the steak. The Valparaiso factory is never directly tied to producing JDAMs.

Are you actually illiterate, or do you merely act like one? Free Speech could be relied on to never give a direct answer to a question, and he could be relied on to give the evasive non-answer in the most illiterate manner possible. You're copying him perfectly, right down to his hero-worship of Larry Klayman.
