The Iraqi rep says they are following Geneva convention rules and says Red Cross will be able to visit POWs. The Iraqi rep is rocking as he talks...very uncomfortable.

I've never mentioned this before because of the loose lips policy, but the point's moot now. About 6 weeks ago our family had gone out for a late dinner. On our way home, we were stopped by a train. It was an incredible sight - hundreds of flat bed cars went by all carrying military vehicles. They were painted desert camoflauge and ranged from small humvee's up to huge pieces of equipment. My 15 year old son who is a military nut was in hog heaven watching this incredible array go by.

I have been told by several friends who are SF's that they have to wear *some* of their uniform at all times....has to do with how you are treated if captured...either spy or military.....

Of course in this war, the Iraqi's will make no distinction on their captured.

I read on another thread that he opened his show by asking the Iraqi ambassador if Saddam was alive or dead....what was his answer???

I liked the sound-byte that Fox just played from Gen. Franks. Somebody correct me if I heard this wrong, but did he say, "I don't know if he's alive or not. Somebody might know, but I don't personally know. But I can say that I haven't seen any evidence that this war is being run from the top."
