It depends on the type of agent, dispersal rate, etc. Napalm can be effective, but remember that it falls to the ground as it burnes, whereas most agents are air-dispersed. Distance and time are important - plus lots and lots of decon equipment.

Appreciate the info - I'm wondering, if we have troops watching Iraqis moving 50-gallon drums of the stuff and we napalmed that - would it work?
