I doubt it. From what I understand, they are personally loyal to Saddam. Some (or many) of them may dissolve into other terrorist groups, but I'll bet the Fedayeen as an organization never trouble us again once the war is done and Saddam is dead.

Loyal enough to go down with the ship?

I think some will fade away and return to fight another day. Hope for the best.
