It is a black parka type clothing stuck on a fence top. I saw it before dark.

Hmmmm. I've been wondering for days about these webcams and who runs them. It's a great way to get information out of B-dad. Things like "parkas on fence tops" can be used as signals, as can particular camera views.

Just a guess, mind you, but I wouldn't be surprised if these webcams were part of Saddam's communication apparatus.

France Insists It Wants U.S. to Win War

France's government angrily insisted on Friday that it hopes U.S.-led forces win the war in Iraq, signaling fear in Paris that its image as an untrustworthy friend could seriously damage long-term relations with Washington.

In an extraordinary statement for a major U.S. ally, the Foreign Ministry said it was ``indignant'' at media suggestions that French support for the United States was ambiguous, and quoted Foreign Minister Dominique de Villepin as saying he hoped for a U.S. victory.

In this case, the enemy having and/or wearing chemical suits while unloading drums is not "proof" per se - however, the inference remains and is equally permissible.

Ahh, now you bring in the Chemical Drums! In this case - it IS indeed suspicious. However, this all got started because of a Beeb article with the Headline "'Proof' of WMD's found". In the article was simply them mention of Chem Suit and atropine.
