I am just wondering what can be left in the city to hit. They have hit it with massive missile and bombs. What are we still after today that we did not target before?

Most of the city is in good order. It would be smart to leave a few palaces and bunkers, especially if we have HumInt from the ground. Wait until the leaders get a little more comfortable, wait until we know which bunker they may be in, and hit that one. Repeat as needed.
