Probably a U2. There's just too much atmosphere to get that precise from space. I'm not buying the license plate thing. In any case, that kind of telescope isn't any good at all through smoke and haze like they now have in Iraq.

They have to be using radar imaging of some sort.

As a graduate of the Navy Photo Intel school, I 'buy' the license plate thing. Agree that circumstances and conditions might get in the way, but under good conditions... the results are, umm... astounding.
