We need UN support afterward for reconstruction and other things. It's very costly. Turning Baghdad into a hole will destroy that.

Heard that on the radio here a little while ago. They said they didn't interview them like they did the other POW's and the report said they "looked confused."

Prediction: since we have had all the "are we there yet" questions and "quagmire" references today, I think that tomorrow they will start the whisper campaign on Tommy Franks.

"Unnamed Pentagon sources" will tell us that he is "too cautious" or "too worried about PR." "Doubts about his strategy" are "Creeping into conversation."
